Spay and Nueter Reimbursment Request

Please follow the steps below to get your spay and neuter reimbursement returned. Remember your pet must be spayed or neutered prior to receiving your deposit back.

Email a copy of the invoice from your vet showing your animal has been spayed or neutered. Include your name and the animals name in the email.
Fill out the form below and submit.
Your spay and neuter deposit can be returned by check, PayPal, or Venmo.
Please wait 10-14 business days for your deposit to be returned to you.

I understand that in order to get my reimbursement. My animal must be spayed or neutered already and proof of procedure from the veterinarian needs to be sent to info@happytailshappyhomes.org. The the name of the animal and owner must be included in the email so it can be connected to the form being summited. Reimbursements take 10-14 business days.
